We use a variety of advertising methods, both digital and traditional as appropriate for the search and present you with a longlist of candidates based on your bespoke requirements. since we have attracted candidates from an active and passive market, you receive a large pool of candidates. All the CVs of potential candidates who meet your basic criteria are delivered to you.

Stage 2: Qualify

The next step is to shortlist the highest-calibre candidates, so we take your advert replies and conduct an informal phone interview in order to ascertain which candidates meet the higher-level criteria of your person specification. Now we are ready to send you around 3 or 4 of the best quality candidates for you to interview, alongside interview notes that streamline your ability to decide if they are the right fit for your company.

Stage 3: Delivery

While the final decision lies within your power, we organise the interviews, manage the offer stage and confirm their start date. All feedback you have for the candidates will be delivered by us so you can continue with your daily operations and communicate clearly with your chosen candidates to maintain their keen interest in working with you.
